"The majority of parliaments are stable and our responsibility is to be a country that will be competitive in the long run and that is why we need to implement all the necessary reforms, which is why the Croatian people are scumbags, and it is our responsibility to provide us with stable opportunities in the parliamentary majority" is Kovac.
